A group of Center Point residents formed The Center Point Committee for Growth and Progress following Kerr County Commissioner Tom Moser’s Town Hall meeting in May 2021. The goal of the committee is to educate neighbors about the impact the Center Point Village development will have on our future water availability and property values, as well as the conduct of our elected officials.

We have run a series of informational ads in The Kerrville Daily Times, and we researched Eden Farms Ltd. and developer Branden Namken through online public information sites. This has led to uncovering information that raises questions about Kerr County commissioners Tom Moser and Jonathan Letz’s efforts to push this project through so quickly.
