I would like to thank Bethany Puccio for her efforts to collect signatures against the certificates of obligation the city wants to use to pay for a new public safety complex. To be sure, I am not against the project, but I am against the way it was to be funded. You can always count on liberals to spend other people’s money. 

Now I understand why the council and mayor have kept things “tight lipped” and secretive in past dealings. (...) The people who put them in office should have a vote in the way their money is being spent. I have to wonder what other “secretive” projects are coming down the pike that government will be trying to cram down our throats. (...)
