More than 1,000 signatures were delivered to the Kerrville city secretary on Tuesday by a group of organized citizens who are challenging a decision by the city council. The goal of the group, Let Us Vote, is to stop the city council from voting on the issuance of certificates of obligation to fund a public safety complex that would house fire and police departments and emergency service administration offices.
