As I am proud to be a resident of this beautiful community, I am truly disappointed in the street and alley department of Kerrville.

Let’s see, how long ago was the flood of 2018? I believe it has been several months now.

We know the flood waters covered the Francisco Lemos bridge and when retreating, left a lot of debris on the bridge and sides of the road. Now, many months later, not having been cleaned of that debris and dirt from the bridge, we have a large amount of green weeds, etc., growing in that debris and dirt on the bridge.

We have a holiday weekend coming with many visitors to our community.

Can it be that difficult or time-consuming to remove the debris and weeds from the bridge, so we may continue to show the pride and beauty of our town?
