Schreiner University President Charlie McCormick, center left, announced Friday the school is the recipient of a science, technology, engineering and mathematics grant for Hispanic-serving institutions. 

 

Schreiner University President Charlie McCormick at a press conference on Friday announced that the school is to receive a $5 million grant that will, according to their grant proposal, allow the expansion of SU’s degree offerings to include engineering and applied sciences.
