A fight that erupted at Tivy High School six months ago in the wake of the death of a 20-year-old man in Bexar County led a grand jury to indict three teens on felony charges.

The teens are Donivyn James Irvin, 18, Carlos Aurelio Gonzalez, 17, and Ernest Jesse Constante, 18. Police accused them of fighting over words written on the internet after the March 5 slaying of Hector Chavera. Gonzalez and Constante appear to have been friends or allies of Chavera or a member of Chavera’s family.
