A 35-year-old Kerrville felon faces four charges regarding allegations he drove aggressively and injured three people in January, including a 6-year-old girl who’d been riding her bicycle.

Armando Armijo Jr. was still in the Kerr County jail as of Monday following his Jan. 17 arrest. He was indicted in March and faces felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — a truck — and three enhanced counts of causing a crash resulting in injury. He has a jury trial slated for Aug. 23, on all charges, according to court records.
