During a commissioners court meeting Monday, officials said there’s little they can do to stop a proposed high-density neighborhood in Center Point if its water supplier guarantees the neighborhood will be supplied for the next 30 years. 

But even if the county approves the plat for Center Point Village, it may not be smooth sailing for the developer, warned Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly during the meeting.
