A 60-year-old Kerrville man was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to felony driving while intoxicated.

Jesus Rafael Sierra pleaded guilty to the charge last November and was sentenced Aug. 1 by 198th District Judge Melvin “Rex” Emerson Jr. The man’s felony was punishable by as much as 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
