Below average temperatures remain in the forecast through Wednesday.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible today. Rain chances are not impressive at the moment. Highs range from 75 to 80 degrees. North winds average 5 to 15 mph.

Fair to partly cloudy skies are in the forecast tonight. Temperatures end up in the lower to middle 60s for overnight lows. Winds return to the southeast overnight.

Stray showers and thunderstorms may develop across the area Wednesday. Skies become partly cloudy during the day. High temperatures climb into the middle 80s. East-southeast winds average 5 to 10 mph, except locally gusty near any storms that pop up.

A cold front could slide into the area late Wednesday, but models differ on this happening locally. There is a possibility that we could see a few storms and cooler temperatures for a brief period of time.

Partly sunny skies are expected Thursday. Temperatures climb into the middle 80s with northeast winds becoming southeast during the afternoon.

Summer returns Friday. Under partly sunny skies, highs warm to near 90 degrees.
