A historic site and tourist attraction west of Mountain Home that hosts hunts, exotic animal safaris, overnight stays and more is up for sale.

The Sadlers and the Harbers, who bought much of the property in 2015, prefer to sell the entire ranch — approximately 11,200 acres — in one piece, said Austi Garrett, chief marketing officer of Texas Ranch Sales LLC.
