A 32-year-old Kerr County man pleaded guilty to three felonies — two involving firearms — and will go to the penitentiary for at least the third time.

Andrew Hardin Harris, who’s been incarcerated for much of the past six years on various charges, appeared at the Kerr County Courthouse on Aug. 2 before 198th District Judge Melvin “Rex” Emerson Jr. and pleaded guilty to stealing a gun, failing to appear in court and illegally possessing a firearm too soon after the discharge of a felony sentence.
