The Fredericksburg Dance Company will perform a double feature of abridged classical ballets this month.

Along with a re-invented variation of the time-honored classic, “The Nutcracker,” the dance company will present the Texas Hill Country’s first performance of the classical ballet, “Coppélia,” at the Fredericksburg Theater Company, 1668 S U.S. 87.

“Coppélia” also features comedy, humor and mime, according to the website of the Fredericksburg Theater Company. 

The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16, and at 2 p.m. Nov. 17.

Tickets are $29 for adults and $12 for people ages 17 and younger.
