Rainwater harvesting will be the topic of a free, one-hour workshop Saturday morning at the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library, 505 Water St.

"Learn all about harvesting this precious commodity with special guest Anne Brown, a Master Gardener with the Hill Country Master Gardeners, who has specialized in this important topic," states a press release from the city of Kerrville. "Informational handouts will be available."

The event, slated for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, is part of the library's Gardening 101 series. No registration is required.
