Blues showcase

Thursday evening, Hill Country Muse Productions will host a performance by blues and acoustic Americana musician Graham Warwick at Unity of the Hill Country in Kerrville.

Organizer Debbie Northrup’s vision for HCMP grew out of a desire to find venues throughout the Kerrville community to showcase local and regional musicians, singers and songwriters, she said.

Signage has been a hot topic for discussion in our comment sections of late, with multiple variance requests going before the city's Planning and Zoning Commission regarding various signs, both digital and otherwise. Should the city update its rules regarding signs — how big, where, how many, etc. — or should the rules remain as they are?
