Don't think I could support this man for Legislature due to the antics he has come forth with lately.

First let me extend my congratulations to Rob Henneke on seeking higher office. I wish to question the wisdom of commissioners of holding over Mr. Henneke as County Attorney. His annual salary is $136,287 (as reported) and there are 8 months remaining until the March Primaries and that equates to $90,858 plus 20 to 25% for taxes, insurance etc. Kerr County pays 2 other attorneys in that office and I have to question why they could not bring any other appointed attorney up to par on pending litigation. Mr. Henneke will be away campaigning in 11 other counties and that cannot all be done at night. Commissioners common sense please.
